Girls Educational and Mentoring Services (GEMS) is proud to celebrate its 15 year anniversary with a cocktail party hosted by philanthropist Arden Wohl and Diana Taylor at Gilded Lily in Chelsea, New York. The evening soirée will feature guest DJ Michelle Trachtenberg and includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction to raise funds and awareness for the life-changing organization.
GEMS provides comprehensive services to address the needs of commercially and sexually exploited girls and young women. GEMS raises critical funds to support their extensive programming which includes prevention, outreach, therapy, education, supportive housing, education, court advocacy and more. Proceeds from the anniversary celebration goes to support GEMS’ critical assistance to sexually exploited and trafficked female survivors between 12 and 24 years of age.
